The service at Duke Auto was quick, professional, and friendly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the experience even more pleasant. I recommend visiting during the morning or around midday if you're looking for faster service. My service representative, Lamar, was knowledgeable, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. If you're looking for reliable auto service, I highly recommend Duke Auto. 😊

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stopped by Duke Auto Repair because I needed a vehicle inspection and emissions test done on my newly purchased vehicle. As soon as I walked in, I noticed Lamont providing amazing customer service to another customer, which already gave me a good first impression. When I got to the counter, Julio helped me. I asked if I could get both my state inspection and emissions done that day, and he told me yes, although the technician was at lunch and the wait would be about 45 minutes. I also asked if they would be able to put my license plate on the vehicle since I had just purchased it, and he said yes. After patiently waiting, Lamont informed me that my vehicle was finished. When I went outside, I noticed the state inspection had not been completed and my license plate was still not installed. I went back inside and asked Julio why the inspection wasn’t done. He stated that I only asked for emissions, which was not correct. I truly feel that if Julio had not been distracted on his phone and had given me his full attention, there would not have been any confusion. Thankfully, Lamont stepped in and completely turned the experience around. He showed outstanding custome
